Spanish people love fired food. Love it. We eat something fried almost every day. What kind of meat is that fried patty made up of? Usually I have no clue because when it’s fried, it all tastes the same. Might be fish, might be chicken. It was the same consistency and pretty much the same flavor so it doesn’t matter.
